Happy Holidays ~* Cookie *~

Hi Donna -
Happy holidays to you and your family!

Cookie is doing great. Here's a picture of him in one of his favorite spots - lying on the arm or back of a couch. Seems to like being high up - kind of like a cat in how he walks back and forth on the back of the couch then leaps down to chase after a ball or other toy.

Merry Christmas ~*Ruby*~

Dear Donna,

Enclosed is a picture of the most beautiful Ruby. This picture was taken in France. That's right, she traveled to Europe on several occasions. Ruby has European passport and she is a perfect traveler (of course in the cabin with me).

Thank you for this wonderful companion. I wish you and your family Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Ruby will be spending time in Prague this Christmas.

All the best
Irena

Season's Greetings ~*Ivy*~

Hi Donna and Family:
Merry Christmas from Ivy and her parents! As you know, Ivy just turned four. She still has a lot of her puppy playfulness, but is very mature and trustworthy. When we go out for the evening, she has free run of the house; we just put some classical music on the radio for her and have not a worry; knowing she will curl up on the loveseat in the kitchen until our return. She is truly a "GOOD DOG." She always greets us at the door with exuberance, and then hauls out several of her toys and instigates a game of fetch or keep-away. As we have hardwood floors and few carpets, it's pretty funny to watch her run and then come to a sudden halt -- it's like she's "sliding into first." She loves to go places in the car with us; especially since we got her a car seat that elevates her to people-level so she can see out. As you can see in the attached photo, she also loves books -- when she sees one she knows it's lap time! We take her on many walks and this year she has become very good at walking at our heels, loose leash. This summer she even hiked a short part of the Appalachian Trail with us. We play a lot of frisbee too, and lately Ivy has started to jump up and catch it in mid-air.
We are lucky to have several dog-loving neighbors who are willing to care for Ivy when we travel, but we are taking more and more trips with Ivy along; the AAA "Trips with Pets" book has led us to many dog-friendly hotels. Almost always, we encounter other dog-lovers who want to get acquainted with Ivy and find out what breed she is, and of course, we always tell them there is no better dog than a SCHNOODLE!
Best Wishes from the Goldsteins,
David, Penny and Ivy-Dog

Hershey is in the holiday spirit and sends you season's greetings!

Merry Christmas ~*Pepito*~

Hi Donna and family,
Thank you for the email and a blessed Christmas to you too!
Pepito is doing great for the most part. He picked up an upper respiratory bug and is currently quarantined for a two week period. We have another 5 days to go. He is not happy about being away from his dog friends, but this is a temporary situation. His best buddy Stitch will be staying with us over Christmas and New Year, so he will be able to make up for lost time. Other than that, Pepito is a playful, happy-go-lucky boy! He lives to play, eat treats and run around real fast. He is a happy boy who gives and gets lots of loving.
I am attaching a picture for you.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Merry Christmas ~*Bridget*~

Hi Donna,
Great to hear from you! Bridget says "Hi" , too.
Bridget is doing great. We bought a two family house and my mother lives on the first floor and Brian and I live on the second floor. Bridget goes from one floor to the next, sleeping with whoever she wants, and getting lots of attention. She likes being with my mother when she wants quiet time, and likes going on adventures with me. She loves living with the two cats. Everyone in the neighborhood knows her.
I've attached a picture. Unfortunately, she doesn't like to pose for the camera.
Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Pat

Happy Holidays ~*Sully*~

Hello Donna and the entire Davis Family!

I've attached the latest photo of Sully and Matty in front of our fireplace the other day. Notice how still Sully is sitting.....Matty's holding a piece of cheese!!!

As I've said before, Sully is the perfect pooch for us. He has such a personality. He understands so much and is so much fun to be around. As I'm writing this, he is attacking my mom's sneaks...while she's in them might I add!! He can undo a double knot and take apart any Velcro shoe he finds!!! He tells us when he is hungry and will point to the cabinet where his food is. He'll also tell us when he wants to go to sleep for the night. We all love him so much and can't believe we've had him for over a year already.

Thank you so much for giving us the best family member we could have ever asked for.

Best wishes for a happy and healthy 2007.

Love,
Suzanne, Steve, Matty & Sully Berry

Cuddly ~*Cody*~ Up-date

Hi Donna
I wanted to give you an update on Cody (A Jaz Pup). I can't believe he's a year old already. Cody is doing great. He has so much energy, we are having a lot of fun with him.
He also is very affectionate and loves to cuddle with anyone who will let him.
He is so smart. He has probably about 10 toys that he knows by name and will retrieve when asked. People are amazed by this. He is stubborn about behaving at times though. But that is probably my fault….I need to work with him on that. As you can see from the pictures I’m sending along that he has stayed small (as you predicted) probably under 10 pounds. He will be going to the vet this month so I will find out for sure.
I have been checking your website and have seen all the new puppies. They are adorable. Sometimes I think we should get a playmate for Cody but we just had twin grandsons born back in October so I know I will be busy enjoying them as well. Maybe someday.
I hope you all have a safe, peaceful holiday.

Mr. Charming ~*Champ*~

Hello Donna:

It has been a couple of years since we spoke and we just wanted to let you know that Champ is doing great. He is the son of Spencer and Gidget born in the Spring of 2004. Champ is a big schnodle at about 30lbs and that's s a good thing because he has grown up with three boys. I have attached some recent pictures of Champ.

Take care and Merry Christmas

The Handsome Man "Eli"

Hi Donna!
Here is Eli....almost 1 year old !!! This is his FAVORITE toy which we lovingly named "Squeakers".It was a toy that you sent along in his goodie bag back in March when I first got Eli.Oddly enough, it's the only toy that he has not chewed up....until yesterday :(Eli is wondering if you remember where you purchased it so I might find him another one??We hope all is well in Florida. The newest puppies are adorable.Eli is becoming a lighter grey color and looks more like his Mom, Zoe, all the time.
Have a great day!
